1. Website Usage

2. Quotations and Service Agreements

All service quotes provided by The H.U.M.N. Creative Co. are valid for 30 days from issuance. Services are formally initiated upon signed contract acceptance or written confirmation alongside the agreed initial deposit.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom creative work, video assets, source code, designs, and branding deliverables created by The H.U.M.N. Creative Co. remain the property of the agency until all outstanding balances and payment milestones are paid in full. Upon final payment, complete usage rights for agreed deliverables are transferred to the client.

4. Payments and Retainers

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via structured invoicing or through secure payment gateways (Razorpay). Monthly retainers must be paid in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

5. Project Timelines and Revision Policy

Project completion timelines are estimated and contingent upon timely client responses and asset submissions. Each retainer or project package includes up to two (2) rounds of formal revisions unless explicitly detailed otherwise in individual client service contracts.

6. Growth Guarantees & Refund Policy

Stated metric targets or engagement growth promises (e.g., 15% or 30% growth guarantees) are contingent upon client adherence to complete strategic recommendations, budget approvals, and regular publication schedules defined in master agreements. Payments made for completed work or active production milestones are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

The H.U.M.N. Creative Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party algorithm alterations, or ad account suspensions by external providers (e.g., Meta, Google).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in West Bengal, India.
